By visiting my public gallery you are granted a personal license to download and use the images as wallpaper on your personal computer.
You are also granted a personal license to download and print the images in the "CD Cover" gallery, provided that they are used "as they are".
You may print them out for personal use but not for distribution (commercial or non-profit). You may not post them on public or private websites, whether they are not-for-profit or commercial.
You may not distribute them on CD-ROM or other archival media like DVD-ROM, ZIP, floppy, or in compressed archives like zip, gz, or tar files. You may not alter them or use elements
from them in your own work (unless that work is purely personal and will never be transferred to a computer other than the one on which it was created).
Images may be resized but I ask that you do not crop or otherwise modify them.
Under NO CONDITION will I allow any of my images to be used without the URL watermark (www.pgd-design.com) in the lower right corner.
You may not rename, edit or create any derivative works from my images.
There can be exceptions to the above stated rules, provided that you contact me fist.
ALL the images in the "Clip art" gallery can be freely used in any kind of project, commercial or non-profit. You may use them in any way you like, but you can't distribute them on CD-ROM or other archival media like DVD-ROM, ZIP, floppy, or in compressed archives like zip, gz, or tar files.

kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or no infringement. The entire risk arising out of the download and use of the images and .zip files remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
In no event shall www.pgd-design.com be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the images or .zip files.
The www.pgd-design.com takes no responsibility for the content of linked pages (E.g.: "Vote for me!")
